With the release of the Maxda Car 2 it’s a good time to bring up the subject of what kind of cars we make.
Maxda Car 2
We have 5 major categories:
- -Sporty vehicles
- -Everyday vehicles
- -Service vehicles
- -Construction vehicles
- -Sci-Fi vehicles
Sporty Vehicles
It’s quite obvious we favour the sporty category as there are way more of these than other type in the Inlite store, because simply put: they are super fun to make! And there are so many different models to choose from. It’s not like one type of look covers it all. There are many unique shapes that it makes it hard to get away from this category! But let’s face it, they aren’t the most useful of the lot, though nice to look at.
Everyday Vehicles
So, with that in mind, we have to started to show more love for the other categories too, after all they do feature a lot more in life. It’s heartwarming to get feedback from users who say they own a certain car in real life and how they enjoy creating renders with it, which makes creating these everyday heroes all the more special!
This category is now expanding. We have a few common vehicles that differ quite a lot in size, from tiny vehicles to standard ones, sedans and hatchbacks… plus you can spot an SUV or two.
Service Vehicles
Then there are the storytellers who recreate the happenings of life and require special vehicles that serve the public. Like an ambulance to transport the injured, police cars protecting the citizens, transport vehicles to deliver goods and even the VIPs who have need of limousines- we’ve got two of ’em!
It’s also quite common for the bad guys to race away from the crime scene so maybe there’s a dual purpose for the sporty cars here!
Construction Vehicles
The newest of categories we’ve ventured into would be the construction set. They may have a smaller userbase due to their specific use case and so not much in this category for now, but still have their place. Watch this space for more!
Sci-Fi Vehicles
Beyond those mentioned above, we also consider that with the wave of AI generated imagery, the wild imagination also wants some part of the action! And to that I say: we have sci-fi vehicles too! Vehicles of the future with lights and patterns everywhere.
The lesser covered…
Our odd assortments have too little to categorize but still worth giving a feature.
Namely the motorbike and classic car:
And finally, it would be rude to ignore our little dirt-loving Go Kart!
What’s next then?
I can actually say there’s been interest shared in all of these categories so not one of them can be left out going forward. Looks like it’s a raffle on what to expect next! Not to give away too much, but I’ll let you in on a keyword for what’s in planning: track.
